Our new, one story Florida ranch home along with a sweet ragdoll cat and one friendly 6 inch bird need taking care of while we are on holiday for 10 days from May 27, 2025 to June 05, 2025.
We have all the modern amenities: WiFi, central heat and air, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave as well as a whole house generator. There is also an enclosed pool and hot tub area for your enjoyment.
Although there is a monthly cleaning service, we expect routine daily cleanliness to be maintained. No outside maintenance is required. We have two cars that will need starting periodically. One car is available for use as needed.
We live in a northwest suburb conveniently located between Orlando (45 min), Tampa (90 min), and Ocala (30 min) The airport is 45 minutes away. Our home has all amenities close by including grocery stores, shopping malls, movie theaters, restaurants, gyms, churches, libraries etc.
Our sweet cat Percy, is an indoor cat and needs to be fed and given fresh water every morning as well as having the litterbox cleaned daily. Our friendly bird, Duffer, also needs fresh food and water daily along with cage cleaning as needed, usually once or twice a week.
We are looking for a caring, reliable, and trustworthy person or couple. No pets, children, or smokers.
