Hi,
My husband and I adopted a stray cat found in our garden a fair few years ago. He was chipped and we found the owners. Apparantly he had been missing for 3 years and had been wandering all that time living in the wild. Moshi, named by the grandchildren of course! He is a very sweet cat who means the absolute world to both my husband and me. He adores our company but also likes to go out into the garden to play. He often likes one of us to accompany him around the garden to admire the flowers and plants.
We live in a small village slap in the middle of vineyards close to the town of Pezenas in the South of France. The sitters we would like to have come and stay would not spend the entire day visiting the area but actually taking care of our cat. We have a beautiful garden where one is able to relax and read. Also next to the village there is a extinct volcano which has magnificent views from the top. There are plenty of walking trails where you can go walking around the village. We are extremely private people and would want our privacy of our home to be respected whilst you are here.
This is our first time leaving our cat and I am nervous about leaving our cat. I really need to make sure that the person/people looking after him are homelovers and are happy to spend a lot of time with him.
The nearby town of Pezenas & Clermont L'Herault have an amazing Saturday morning market as well as restaurants and boutique shops full of art, clothes and homeware. The Lac du Salagou is an amazing sight as it all the sand and rock are red and again one is able to do lovely walks nearby. There are so many nearby towns and villages to visit and we will happily give you any recommendations. We would also invite you a day or ttwo earlier so we can meet and greet you.
In summary we want someone who is going to put our mind at complete rest and respect our privacy within the village.
Our dates are not set in stone in February so we are open to leaving whenever.
