Rolly lives in a quiet spacious home in leafy Hunters Hill close to parks, waterfront and cafes and a 15 minute walk to city ferry.  Home overlooks the Paramatta River and has large gardens, verandahs, 4 bedrooms plus large study and  2 bathrooms .  Rolly is a gentle obedient non barking labrador that likes a walk morning and night.
