Bay view home w/ parking in hills of Sausalito.  One bedroom plus living/dining room, modern kitchen with sitting area; second bedroom with separate entrance on lower level.  Deck with great views off living/dining room.  Home built in 1951, high ceilings, clean lines, lots of windows/light.  Japanese garden needing some minor care, deck plants needing watering.  One very friendly Harlequin cat — easy to love and easy to care for.
