House sitter needed from December 15, 2019 till mid January 2020 to watch and look over an 18th century farm house nestled on 30 acres of pristine French countryside. Near the town of Villeneuve.
The candidate would be staying in the gardner's cottage as main house will be closed. Duties would be to check the property (main house and immediate area) daily and feed an outdoor cat.
The cottage has 2 bedrooms/1 bath, a wood burning heater and electric heaters. It is very cozy. Please see pics for more details.
Forcalquier and Mane, France are 15 minutes away.
You will need to rent a car to get around.
There is lots of hiking throughout right outside the front door (near Forcalquier, Manosque, Oraison, Aix-en-Provence, Marseille and the Cote D'Azur).
