Aloha, we need a house/dog sitter, couple or individual, to care for our small pup and keep our home and garden well maintained and tidy.
Tilly must be regularly let out into the fenced yard as she is still learning.
The house has tiles and wood laminate floors in case she soils, which is almost never now.
We take Tilly to the Humane Society dog park once a week and also to 3 different beach areas that are dog friendly. She also comes for outings in the car.
At night we place Tilly in a crate right by our bed and when leaving the house without her, which is not very often, we place her back in the crate.
Mowing the lawn only takes 10 minutes (self propelled mower) and some garden maintenance and watering the lanai plants. There is a 4 person hot tub that will need maintaining (bromine) if wish to use.
Mail needs picking up from the mail box up the road. Garbage/Rubbish is taken to the transfer station (no charge to drop it off) by you. It is on the way to town.
This is a beautiful island we live on and there are multiple beaches for swimming, surfing, snorkeling, and diving plus nice walks. Our quiet well lit neighborhood has footpaths and great for walking, biking is possible too in our area or up the coast a half hour drive to resorts which have lots of roads and slow traffic. This is a semi rural community.
Our town is 8 miles away but Costco only 4 miles. A car is required.
We have high speed internet, basic cable tv includes the surfing channel and PBS. Netflix, Prime and surround sound.
No clothes dryer...we hang our clothes on our laundry room lines, dries fast in our weather.
No smokers or vapers.
