La casa è ubicata in campagna tra ulivi centenari ,un bosco e un silenzio meraviglioso a soli 3,6 km dalla città di Ostuni! La casa principale di circa 80 mq che sarebbe quella che posso dare al mio eventuale host è composta da cucina con camino una camera da letto un bagno e ingresso soggiorno . Cè una stufa a pellet ma non fornisco il pellet posso fornire solo uno starter kit ,poi cè un camino in cucina e posso magari donare della legna per il camino ! La connessione internet è data da una scheda dati sim all'interno di un modem quindi se necessiti di uno smartworking molto forte e stabile direi che non è il tuo caso sinceramente preferisco connettermi alla natura . Cerco persone semplici senza pretese possibilmente ecologiste e rispettose della natura e delle cose altui e sopratutto ai consumi elettrici ....! Ci tengo a lasciare una casa pulita e riavere la casa pulita ! The house is located in the countryside among centenary olive trees, a forest and a wonderful silence just 3.6 km from the city of Ostuni!
The main house of approximately 80 m2 which would be the one I can give to my possible host is composed of a kitchen with a fireplace, a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room entrance. There is a pellet stove but I don't supply the pellets I can only supply a starter kit, then there is a fireplace in the kitchen and I can maybe donate some wood for the fireplace!
The internet connection is provided by a SIM card inside a modem so if you need very stable smart working I would say that this is not your case, I honestly prefer to connect to nature. I'm looking for simple, unpretentious people who are possibly ecologists and respectful of nature and other things and above all electricity consumption....!
