HI, I am looking for someone to take care of my home and my dog Chance while I travel to visit family. 


Chance is an insanely friendly 70 pound German Shepherd mix. He is a very sweet boy who has never met a stranger or an enemy and is very easy to care for.   He is my very best friend and I do ask that you stay in touch to let me know how he is doing.  He needs to be walked daily or twice daily and be fed twice daily with some allergy pills in his evening meal.  He is crate kept and can go about 8 hours without being let outside. 

I live in a one story three bedroom/2 bathroom home with a walled back yard in the southeast quadrant of Albuquerque.  You will have the guest bedroom which has a full size bed.  There is a full bath right across the hall.  There is central heat, wifi and a large TV in the back room.   I am near a busline and about 1.2 miles from Nob Hill with many good restaurants and bars.  There is cofee shop only two blocks away.

This home is spacious and comfortable, and located in a great area of Albuquerque (south Ridgecrest, 5 minute drive to Nob Hill, and just a bit further to downtown and uptown).  Excellent coffee shop only a couple of blocks away. Chance the German Shepherd is a gem of a dog! He's mellow, obedient, smart, sweet, and playful, and he and I both really enjoyed walking the peaceful and lovely neighborhood! Sleeping arrangements were nice -- a guest room with a very comfortable bed -- and the large kitchen was bright and equipped with all the cookware, etc. you might need.

The home and dog owner, Jason, was clear with instructions for Chance and the house before he left, and was very responsive to all of my questions before he left and during my housesit. I especially appreciated that he inquired if I was comfortable in his house. I felt welcome and at home there. 

I highly recommend this housesit!
