We are a family of three living in a cute, well-maintained 2-bedroom, 1-bath home in the Mission district of San Francisco, with our two, extremely sweet, friendly, orange cats. Our home is on the second level of a two-story Victorian house and has a private deck. Inside, our home is bright and open (big windows, skylight tubes and an open layout).
The Mission is the most vibrant neighborhood in the city with unlimited cafes, restaurants, grocery stores, and anything else you could want within a short walk. We are also an 8-minute walk from BART (the subway system) and even closer to many of the city's major bus lines, so transportation to most places you'd want to go is easy, even without a car. The Mission also has the warmest, sunniest weather in the city (San Francisco has many “micro-climates,” and some can be foggy and cold in the summer).
We will be traveling from July 13 to August 9 and need someone who LOVES cats to live in our home and take care of our beloved cats (i.e., feed them 2-3 times per day, and change their water and litter once per day). Additionally, our cats are pretty social and enjoy being brushed and played with, so the more you can interact with them the better! They are only allowed outside, in the backyard, for 10 minutes at a time before meals - we don't want them to be outdoor cats in the city, but they do enjoy a little fresh air and sun. Finally, we have 4 small house plants that would need to be watered every few days. And that's it!
