We are looking for a sitter for our smallish dog and two cats in February. Our house is in a very nice neighborhood (Hearthfire) in Fort Collins. We are about 5 miles from Old Town Fort Collins, and 4 miles from the nearest grocery or restaurant. Fort Collins is a very safe and friendly city. There really isn't anywhere here that you can't comfortably travel.
Our town, home to Colorado State University, is about an hour north of Denver, and at the edge of the Rocky Mountains, giving you access to lots of activities and sights.
We would ask that you clear the driveway and sidewalks if it snows and, of course, keep the house in reasonably tidy shape. The pets do not have any special needs. We do ask that you give the dog (Violet) a short walk once a day, though if you miss a few days it won't be a problem. She has access to a large fenced back yard, and generally takes care of herself. The very friendly cats just need food and water, and their box cleaned.
The house is pretty large, modern, and has lots of amenities. We have gigabit speed internet, and 3 tvs with Netflix, local tv service, and whatever streaming options you might want to use. If you are a 'digital nomad' type, this will be a very good place to do your work from.
We can only have non-smoking sitters, please, but other than that we're pretty flexible. We hope you can check us out.
