Hi, We are looking for a house sitter from the 11th April until the 24/25th April you are welcome to stay up to an extra two weeks if you want and come a week earlier if you wish, in our house in Kurri Kurri NSW - in the Hunter Valley. We are located 15 minutes from Maitland, 40 minutes from Newcastle, 10 minutes from Cessnock and about minutes from the winneries. We have three dogs, 2 border collies and a maltese terrier and a guinea pig that needs looking after. We would need gardens and lawns taken care of while we are away also. We live in a brick house with 4 bedrooms 2 with double beds and 1 with it's own bathroom. Lounge, kitchen/dining room, sun room, separate toilet and bathroom and laundry. The house is well maintained - we have only been here 10 months. I am taking my husband away for his 40th as a surprize but need some one to look after our place while we are away, I am also looking for someone who is willing to establish a vegetable garden for us while we are away ( i will pay for all things needed) it only needs to be basic but done! - a surprize for Gordon when we return home. Also some basic maintance work around the home eg - changing washers on taps, tightening screws etc... and i would be willing to pay some one around $ for help to go some of the old jobs that we have not been able to do due to beening so busy. We actually depart on the 12th April but would like some one here the day before hand to help them settlein etc.. We return on the 24th April and would be willing to allow some one/s to stay on for a few extra weeks if they want to in exchange for getting some more help around the house and yard. We are non smokers and our house block is a normal size block with not much lawn to look after and not much garden as when we moved in there was nothing but we have started to establish some now.
