We are buying an incredible home on a lake in Grand Rapids, Michigan -- but won't be moving in until July or possibly even August. We need someone to stay there to keep it safe, make sure the plumbing is okay, mow the lawn etc.
This is a beautiful home on a cul de sac, a country feel right in the city. It's three thousand square feet (much more than you could ever use), with a screened porch, air conditioning, great kitchen, and three (count 'em three) fireplaces. It's on a no-wake swimming lake. There's a short walk to the lake through woods. This would be ideal for a writer or other artisan.
There will be no furniture, so you might have to rent some. And we would hope you would pay the utlities. Even so, what an incredible value!
