My husband, Bill, and I have been married for 28 years. We like to vacation separately, so one of us can be home to take care of our business and critters. We also prefer to be on our own for a couple of weeks :) I would be the only one doing the house/pet sitting.

I am able to provide references when required. I have owned my own Landscape Maintenance business for 19 years and prior to that I owned a Pet/Plant Care business for eight years in Downey CA (Los Angeles).
I have house and pet sat in California,Mexico, Canada,Washington State and Hawaii, and I can provide references for all of them upon request.
I am an active, non-smoker, non-drinker, non-drugs.
I am skilled on the computer, carry my own laptop and can keep you informed daily of the home front and 'babies' while you are gone. I carry a pre-paid MCI phone card and cell phone which means I will not put any personal charges on your home phone.
I will leave your home and vehicle (if provided) like I found it. The home clean and in order, and the your vehicle, if it is available to me, clean and gassed up. I restock anything I use up while you are gone. I believe in the 'golden rule' of do for others as you would want them to do for you. I know that when I return home, I don't want a dirty or messy home or vehicle to deal with, or an un-stocked kitchen to shop for and I provide that service for you.
I am available to take and pick-up you up at the airport and run errands for you, while you are away. If necessary, I will take the pets to the vet or ‘beauty parlor’. I can do a certain amount of handiwork and I will try to maintain things as best as I can. I do my best to run you home, as if you were around.
In short, I treat your home, vehicle and animals like I would my own, with the same attention and detail.
