Experienced in taking care of sick pets, and homes, pets and plants during earthquakes, hurricanes, century snowfalls, and tornadoes. I have shown homes on sale while owners are away.
I've handled every sticky situation like snakes, annoying stinky Asian bug invasions, and bats in the house with calm and ingenuity. I've trouble shooted heating problems even when the owners or experts couldn't find the solutions.
I have a squeeky clean backkground and high moral values. I am reliable, competent, fit, healthy, quiet, neat & clean, spiritual, gentle, kind, mature, professional, responsible, respectful and safety conscious.
I have my own source of income, health insurance and car. Good internet access is a must to continue working.
I can pop pills into cats' mouths and also give inhalers to pets with asthma.
Your property, plants & pets will get the very best of loving care, just as you would want it done. When you return home you will be happy everything will be the way you left it, or even better.
I can do less than a week, several weeks or months, to a year or more. I make a point of meeting owners and pets before assignments so we feel comfortable with each other.
I seek house/pet/plant sitting especially in beautiful green, scenic countryside, farmlet, upscale city or beach areas. I have a special interest in natural, organic, and "going green" but I am not a nut over it and dont insist on just organic places.
I love animals and was raised for 20 years on a large dairy farm in New Zealand. I've taken care of all kinds of animals and milked cows, fed calves and hens, collected eggs, mucked yards and stalls, & fed hay, before becoming a nurse for almost the last 40 years.

I am world travelled, I have 2 independant successful unmarried, grown children (no grandchildren). I have in the past been a long time owner of 2 homes, 2 pedigree dogs, and also had many cats.
I have spent time volunteering hospice and other charity work. I'm currently writing (3 books) while on assignments to be self published.
If I'm good enough to be assigned and care for Lady Spencer Winston Churchill in her London home, then I'm good enough for anyone,because she was very picky! Put your mind at rest--I am just the best!

This is a letter of recomendation for Tui. She took excellent care of our home and numerous pets while my husband and I were on a 7 day cruise. Her willingness to arrive the night before our departure made the transition much easier. We were able to share the necessary information and settle in for a quiet evening Tui took excellent care of our 2 dogs, 2 parrots and 1 cat. We had 2 pets with special needs. My dog was elderly and needed special feeding and extra gentle care. Tui was so good about picking up after Annabell's accidents. Riley our parrot is also feather picker and Tui made sure Riley's neck sock stayed secure. Tui spent lots of time taking the dogs on daily walks. Since Kopper loves to car ride Tui took Kopper for daily rides as well.
Our pets were well loved while we were gone. I'm not sure they even missed us! We stayed in touch with Tui via the internet. There were daily updates which relieved my mind with Annabelles health My husband and I were gone for 10 days. Upon our return we were so pleased to see how happy the pets were. Our home was spotless and well maintained. Tui is an extremely honest and trustworthy person. I would highly recommend her for any position you need filled.
