I am a pyschotherapist and explorer who, thanks to COVID 19 is now doing teletherapy.  This means that I can now work from anywhere.  Given this reality I am interested in using the opportunity to explored the Northeast a little (I would go further afield but given the pandemic, will keep it close to home).  Housesitting and pet sitting offer me an affordable way to do so.
