Harry (my dog) and I live in a quiet neighbourhood overlooking paddocks and situated only 40 minutes from Newcastle and its pristine beaches or for wine lovers Polkobin is the same distance. Bolwarra Heights is only a 10 minute drive from Maitland for any groceries, movies and restaurants, etc.
Harry needs attention and walking/exercising regularly on a daily basis for approximately 1 hour.
The appropriate applicant will be tidy and respectful of my home, contents and yard. He/she will also need to love animals as Harry is used to plenty of affection and exercise.
