I am a retired (nonsmoking) male in my 70s. As a homeowner I have learned how to care for property through several renovation projects. As a condo owner I have years of experience on boards, which add to my knowledge of what good home management skills entail.
Do you need dog sitters? I have 19 years experience of care. I will follow your guidelines on how you want your pets to be cared for and try very hard not to spoil them.
Do you need mail forwarded and other business matters attended to while you’re away? I aam prepared to follow your instructions and keep you advised about your home, pets and community with regular updates.
Do you need gardeners? Your garden will be maintained to your standards. Indoor plants too will be treated with tender loving care.
For me, living in your community will provide an opportunity to decide whether I want to move there permanently. Looking after your home and property will give me a favorable combination of circumstances. In return for that privilege I offer mature, responsible standards of care.
