I love spending time in different parts of the country, and can offer you peace of mind while you are away.  I will care for your space with common-sense practicality and attention to detail.  Your home, yard, garden, and pets will be in good hands. 

I am in my 50s, and have owned my own homes, including living 100% off grid (with solar, backup propane generator, and well/septic) in Utah, planting and taking care of a small orchard and garden.  I am clean, active, and a non-smoker.  I love hiking -- and finding nearby coffee shops.

I recentely retired, after working in a family-owned business as well as 20 years of service at the University of Colorado.  I generally seek house-sitting gigs in parts of the country where I have friends and family that I love to connect with, but am always open to new explorations.
