Hello - i have a lifetime of experience in administration, estate/house caretaking and property management for senior executives in homes as varied asLondon, Italy, Jamaica and Switzerland. More recently, Killara and Vaucluse in Sydney, Australia (where i am n ow based). I can be as hands on as you wish, or not. My experience includes the roles of Hotel manager, Butler, Pet Sitter, HouseholdAdministrator, Project Scheduler, Property Manager, Removals and renovations, and consultant on decoration/ furnishings. I am an adept organiser, as well as being hands on and with no fear of getting my hands dirty!
Though my home town is London, I have settled here in Australlai for the forseeable future. I have also lived in the USA, Canada, Italy, Greece, France, India, Africa and several other places. I am skilled at dealing with any issues that might arise at your property - you can be confident that any problems would be sorted swiftly and efficiently on your behalf.
Whether you are looking for someone to simply house-sit (and maybe feed and/or walk pets), or someone who will manage your property in your absence - from dealing with ongoing issues, managing staff, liaising with tradesmen or even running a B&B, I am the man for the job.
I am fit, healthy and unattached. Neither drink or smoke and in my spare moments, I sing (in a Choir) and keep trying to finish my first novel and a poetry book. I am personable, efficient and with a good sense of humour and patience.
I am available to offer assistance for medium to longer term - say a minimum of a couple of months. It must be said that I am NOT a grey-nomad : We would have to negotiate finances for any services I would be providing. As we would negotiate in relation to any utilities used if I am simply house-sitting.
