Our beautiful house is in Gawler, only a couple of minutes away from Ulverstone, 20km from Devonport and approx. 30km from Burnie.
We are based in a nice quiet area, no through road, yet only a couple of minutes drive to the beach and Ulverstone, with supermarkets, post office, cafes, chemists, shops and restaurants.
Our "children": 2 dogs, Rico is a Hungarian Viszla and Asko a Chocolate Labrador.
Our Bed and Breakfast 21; attached modern studio with heated outdoor spa.
We also have a guest room with own ensuite in the house that belongs to the Bed and Breakfast.
We can offer a bedroom with a king size bed, wardrobe and a big modern bathroom and toilet.
Or there is enough space to park a Caravan, where you could hook up to water and electricity.
We are going away around the 10th June 2015 and would prefer if someone could come a day or two earlier, so we can meet you and explain everything :) We will be back around the 10th October. The dates are a bit flexible, if 4 months is too long. Our previous house sitters could come at the end of August.
We are looking for someone who has experience with dogs and a bit of gardening. Our garden is pretty big, but in winter time less work! A couple of times lawn mowing (ride on) and a bit of weeding. You also should be more or less here for our dogs. They are inside dogs and not used to be alone the whole day. We do have very nice neighbours who can look after them as well, if you like to go for a day trip.
And the Bed and Breakfast! We offer from the income, if you provide the Breakfast. But in winter time there will be less guests.
