Hi there! My name is Beth and I'm a warm, friendly, non-smoking, active, natural health-oriented Canadian female happily married to an Aussie here in Perth. I run my own web-based instructional design, social media, and writing business. I am also a massage therapist who practices Indian Head Massage, Reiki, Ashiatsu and Rebalancing Bodywork for people and Shiatsu and Reiki for horses and dogs :)
I am a highly experienced pet owner and lover (forty years combined of dogs, cats, fish, hamsters and horses) and have raised dogs from puppyhood; through separation anxiety; with clicker-training, obedience and tracking training; and on raw food diets. I have been actively involved in animal rescue, including long-term volunteer service in Costa Rica fostering rescue dogs, working at community spay/neuter clinics and at a howler monkey rescue center. I have cared for my my own horse and one who lived on a property I cared for in Costa Rica.
I have owned my own homes for twenty-two years, including a century home, loft, townhouse, completely renovated house, and condo. I lovingly cared for homes and pets in the Costa Rican jungle during my 4.5 years of living there. I am very independent, resourceful, athletic, mechanically-inclined, handy and have fairly greenish thumbs :)
