My name is Zascha, I'm 26 years old and I am fortunate enough to be able to travel around the world while I work from my laptop.
I am originally from Denmark, but I spent 5 years living and working in the UK. After that came to an end I went to Italy and South East Asia for a year by myself. It was such a learning and wonderful experience that I cherish very much.
After my year of traveling I am back in Denmark, but I travel to different countries every month to keep my wanderlust in check. And now I want to travel through house sitting. I do not have any fixed plans, so I am able to travel anywhere at anytime, so I'm quite flexible. Please note that I am only able to stay in the United States for a total of 3 months due to visa regulations.
Since I work online (I'm a travel blogger and a freelance translator and customer service represantative) all I require is a stable Internet connection.
I am a very responsible and friendly, outgoing person. I take care of other people's things and homes like it was my own. Cleanliness is very important to me, so you can rest assured that you will return home to a spotless house.
I care a lot for animals, especially dogs and cats. My parents have a dog, Zippo, who's a Finnish Lapphund. I love that dog more than anything in the world and we go for very long walks every day - so if your dog needs a lot of exercise, then I'm happy to make sure that happens.
There's also a cat, Nellie, in the house who has taken a liking to me - she tends to sleep in my bed and on my lap when I'm sitting and working.
I haven't tried house sitting like this before, so I do not have any references. I hope that doesn't deter you from choosing me. I am happy to give you all the information you require. I have my first house sit cofirmed for 22nd to 29th of November.
