My name is YOONJU and I am a female in my mid 40’s.
I was born and raised in Seoul, Korea and studied abroad in the USA. I received my bachelor's degree in architecture from Pratt Institute in NYC.
Currently, I am taking a career break and using the opportunity to travel around the world.
I want to meet new people, eat good food, learn of new cultures, speak new languages, write a journal, breath new air and give back to the earth and humanity at least as much as I take from it.
I'm a non-smoker, non-drinker and non-partier; very conscious use of energy (lighting, water, gas) in order to avoid waste.
I have been an animal lover all of my life and supported in the animal rescue and welfare service for years, so the idea of a house/pet sitting was an appealing one.
I understand the bond between animals and humans and I will always treat your animal companion as I treat my own - with lots of love and respect.
I, myself, have been a pet owner and enjoy looking after two/three(sometimes)/four legged friends, so regard pet sitting a therapeutic way to spend some time relaxing.
I have experienced not only a house/pet sitter but also a home owner. So I completely understand what it is like to leave your pets.
Sometimes I came home and find that a party was held in my home, that sitters were rarely home, that dishes were uncleaned and some sauce spilled on the carpet...!
I am highly responsible, neat and tidy, and don't snoop through people's things.
I want you to walk in the door, and not even know you had been gone.
I have my international driver’s license and willing to help out in tasks.
I've uploaded copies of my passport, criminal record check and employment certificate in the reference section, and references (from various homeowners) are available upon requests.
I’d like to treat your home with respect and provide loving care for your animal companions.
