We are now both retired and seeking to visit the Sydney/Central Coast area on a more frequent basis as we have family and a new grandchild at Birchgrove.
My husband is a retired electrician and a very handyman - no challenge is every too much for him.
We own and maintain our own 4-bedroom home with front and rear gardens on a normal size house block.
We are both non-smokers, keen on walking and keeping fit and healthy. My hubby enjoys a glass of red with his cheese and bikkies of a night.
This is our second marriage of 18 years (both our previous spouses deceased). We have four children and seven grandchildren.
We are practicising Anglicans involved with many aspects of chuch life. My husband helps to clean and maintain the church and hall and we both help to organise and run the monthly parish dinners. I help with our church Op Shop on a weekly basis and also with counting and banking, morning teas and hosting.
I have become a very keen lawn bowler since my retirement some 10 years ago and I have been secretary of our women's bowls club for some nine years now.
We would be happy to care for your home as we do our home.
We are currently house and cat sitting in Hervey Bay to the end of June. Then, we are going to Bundaberg to do another house/pet sit and returning home for an August commitment.
