We are looking for an animal-friendly sitter that likes a bit of fresh air and room to stretch their legs. Our three-acre property has plenty of space to explore with eight Alpacas gently grazing in the paddocks, it is a tranquil place to relax.
Rural views, three ponds, two creeks and plenty of wild birds including resident ducks that swim in the ponds, so you can wake up to bird song every morning. Only 15 minutes drive to Whangarei, entertainment and amenities are within close reach. We have a house that is just over one year old, that is easy care and comfortable. There is WIFI, a modern kitchen, large deck overlooking the ponds and BBQ, so take in the stars or spend your time surfing the net or watching movies on the big screen - the choice is yours.
We have a friendly dog that loves a bit of company. He needs to be fed twice a day, and given a bit of attention. The alpacas pretty much take care of themselves, and aside from that we just need someone to water a few plants that aren't on the irrigation system and turn on the system at given times. We are looking for a mature and reliable sitter(s) that will take extra special care of our animals and home.
