Hi! Thanks for considering me!
I know it takes tremendous trust to invite someone into your home to care for your space and beloved animals! I'd like to share about myself to help you choose me with confidence. Please feel free to ask anything !
I have been working as an RN for 28 years and a travel nurse for the last several. I am making the PNW my new forever home. I am taking a break from nursing to work on a personal writing project for a few months. I have been 'living around' the PNW for the last 9 months getting to know the area. House sitting gives me the opportunity to experience the different cities and areas before I make a final choice where I will settle. Pet sitting gives me the opportunity to fill my animal cup up as I am an animal lover without animals right now.
My experience with animals includes a lifetime of owning a variety of animals: dogs, cats, snakes, horses, hamsters, etc. I originally wanted to become a veterinarian and spent some time working as a veterinary technician before I became a nurse. During that time I also worked with non-domestic animals such as raptors and baboons! While I was raising my children, we raised seeing-eye dog puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind.
My references included those I have house sat and animal sat for in the past.
I have a love of beautiful spaces and places. I love to take care of spaces almost as much as I love to take care of people and animals!
Call or me if I resonate with you!
