. We live in a walk-friendly, bike-friendly-'friendly' town in the southern part of Alabama, near the Gulf of Mexico. The town was founded as a utopian community in the late 1800s. We live about 300 yards from Mobile Bay and a 20 minute walk to the shops. It's a safe, clean and pretty place with amenities that are usually associated with a larger population. Our house has three bedrooms/baths, porches front and back, wifi, etc. (No cable). We do not have pets; we would ask the sitter(s) to pay his/her actual utility use, and the requirements to look after our place are not unusual. Singles or couples. No smokers.
