Experienced caring responsible early 60's couple available for long term home-sit near Vancouver/Fraser Valley, BC (Surrey/Delta/WhiteRock area preferred).
Available to begin by April Responsible and non-smoking couple married 44 years from Vancouver area in mid-sixties looking for home to sit on a long-term basis in the Surrey, Delta, White Rock or surrounding areas. Could be for several months to a year or more. Perfect for snowbirds Currently one of us works for a non-profit youth organization as office administrator for the last 25 years headquartered in Surrey and nearing retirement in a few years. Husband is working from home base with online web business for the past 5 years and formerly was sales manager for a Canadian franchise chain headquartered in Vancouver.
Our grown children and four grand-daughters all live in the area so want to be near them. We have been home owners four times but have been leasing for the past 9 years. As well as management experience in our work we have residential apartment building management experience and have done duties on council of our previous condominium. We have done many short home sits for church friends but have decided to look for long term over the next three years or so.
Would look after your house, condo, or town-home diligently including light gardening and care for your pet(s) as if they were our own. You can rest assured we will keep your home safe and well-attended so you can have peace of mind while away. Excellent references and testimonials from our lease rentals and employers will be provided. We are experienced, trustworthy, and reliable.
