We are looking for a mature couple to look after our dog and home. She is now a mature dog and only requires a gentle stroll around the property and lots of cuddle and companionship .Our home is situated on 5 acres in the heart of wine country in the Lower Hunter Valley. It is an open plan lounge/dining/kithen/family room with open fire place on one side and slow combustion stove on the other. It has 3 bedrooms and study. It is on the one level and is a country homestead style with swimming pool. We also have airconditioning,(heating and cooling). The gardens surrounding the house are on watering timers and there are a few pot plants to be watered. We are about 10 kms from a major shopping centre but there are cellar doors, cafes and restaurants close by some within walking distance. There is no public transport so a driver's licence is essential. There is also plenty of space for a caravan. If you enjoy food and wine there is plenty of opportunity to taste the Hunter's products. Our view from the loungeroom window overlooks vines and olive tree groves up on the hill and very pleasant spot to sit on the verandah with a glass of wine and take in the view.
