Home on 10 acres in east Norman, OK. The duration will be for no less than one month and could extend to March, 2016 depending upon if or when the house sells.
This is a luxury home that is fully furnished, 5 years old and is in excellent shape. The house sitter will only need to bring his/her clothes and personal items. The house is located in a very safe area but it also has a monitored alarm system and security cameras.
I have no pets so the only requirements I have is for the sitter to keep the house clean and secure. The house is on the market so there will be an occasional showing. There is no pay offered for this arrangement and the sitter will be required to pay utility expenses (electric only) above a certain amount. Internet and WiFi are active and are required for the cameras and security system so that expense is not included in utility expenses. In turn, the sitter will have a safe comfortable home to live in at very little to no cost to them.
