We live on 5 waterfront acres on Orcas Island in the San Juan Island Archipelago of Washington State. We are looking for a house/dog sitter for an 11 y/o Portuguese Waterdog, and a 3 y/o companion trained Doberman Pinscher. This is short notice, but we need the sitter from to . We would like the dogs walked twice a day (our home is somewhat remote and away from busy streets or traffic) and the dogs always stay around the house when we are home (they don't run away or chase deer, etc). We would expect the house to be maintained and would like our garden watered regularly if there is no rain. Fresh vegetables are available for use. We are 4-5 miles from Moran State Park and 10 miles from Eastsound Village with all of a city's amenities.
