Tiny studio room (9ft X 15ft efficiency) in Miami Springs available for ONE interested traveler or Miami lone vacationer from Dec.23 to Jan.8 ( leave Jan.9 =17 days). No couples, no kids, no pets (small or medium size dog is ok)
We have a nice dog ( male beagle ) you have to feed daily, and a few tropical plants to water every other day (if it doesn't rain). No house cleaning, no cooking, no dog walking. The room is furnished with a sleeper couch, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker, desk, chair, dresser, TV, heater/A-C, digital clock, radio.... We have wi-fi and Netflix..
We will require a copy of your official picture ID for background checking. A Housesitting Agreement will also be signed. Thanks
