- House Sitter from July 3rd 2017 till 9th / 10th September weeks – 70 days)
- You must be Non- Smoker/s
- Suit Caravanning Nomads – single or couple.
- You can live in the house and/or use your Caravan as suits you.
- Gas heating to living areas – kitchen / dining /family room (north facing) and sitting room.
- Electric blanket on queen size bed available (should you want to live in).
- Heated bathroom.
- Gas kitchen with fridge / freezer, drinks fridge and dish washer.
- Wi-Fi available (ADSL2 – up to 100GB/month)
- You need to feed and look after one elderly cat (who loves an evening cuddle)
- Vets name supplied (no medications at this stage!) Vet will be notified we are away.
- If you have a CAT FRIENDLY well trained dog you travel with we can negotiate.
- Yard is dog proof - our dogs travel with us.
- You need to do yard maintenance – it is winter going into spring.
- Mowing
- Keep down the weeds in an easy care garden – and one small raised vege patch.
- May need to spray edges.

- 240V, 10A power available for van (by negotiation).
