My wife and I are looking for a house to sit for a while in the Tampa area. We just moved here from Utah after raising our 4 kids, and are semiretired.
We were resident managers for luxury town homes, and a property manager for a church while we were in engineering and law schoo (8 yrs)l, and most recently we had a 5000 sq ft home in Utah the last 15 yrs to raise the 4 kids. So we know what it takes to keep up a property. The wife is meticulous in cleaning, and she has trained me over the years.
Neither of us drink, or smoke. We do have two chi wa wa's that are house and crate trained. Short hair so no sheding to speak of. We are gentle and friendly, with a good sense of sophistication.
I do patent work for clients all over the country using my lap top part time. I'm a former MBA adjucnt professor, and federal administrative law Judge from the US patent office. I've held posiitons as an attorney for IBM and AT&T. My wife has been a stay-at-home mom, and proud of it.
My hobby is bass fishing, so I only need room for my fishing rods, and I rent boats. We are already 80% packed and living with our kids in Tampa until we can find a house sitting opportunity.
