About Me: As a retired male I have been house sitting for the past 18 months. My interests include experiencing different and diverse cultures, home, pet and garden care plus enhancing personal experiences. My passport, police background check, drivers license are all up-to date and valid plus more than happy to supply references.
Why do I want to house sit? Ultimately house sitting provides me with two opportunities. First, to fulfill needs of others and secondarily a way for me to explore and experience new and diverse social and cultural worlds. Having owned and built homes, plus past corporate experiences, provided me with a variety of skill sets that could prove beneficial.
My experience? Recently ending a 10 week house sit in Texas I've been housing sitting for the past 18 months. (Canada, USA, & Jamaica) I a non-smoker, conscientious, with a pleasant demeanor, a passion for photography, books, nature and music and keen to work and learn. Overall I believe my past experiences and enthusiasm aligns quite nicely with home owners objectives.
