I'm interested in housesitting adventures in new places as this is the end of my season here at Grand Canyon National Park, where I have been working for over a year and learning a great deal about myself and this magical place. I'm originally from Florida, and have a variety of experience and an anthropology degree. I've studied dolphin populations in Croatia, done archeology in Italy, worked at a horse summer camp, and have had two wonderful dogs of my own who I've loved very much. I have pet sat before of course and feel very confident in my abilities there. I love animals very much, and their feelings and welfare are close to my heart (as I've recently become vegan).
I can offer references as to my hard work and responsibility. I'm also interested in the down time a situation like this might offer, as I've had quite a hectic job here at the visitor center in one of the busiest parks in the country. I've met people from all over the world, and perhaps now I would like to visit their back yards too.
I am flexible and untied at the moment so this could facilitate a great fit I hope!
