our requirments for our house is the garden & pool care which is very easy to keep the grounds well mantained & tidy we dont have pets to look after
the house is located in the Swan Valley with many vine yards restaurants, cafes, walks bike paths, & a world class golf coarse .
there is plenty of room to park a caravan , also a car for your use .
