Lover of all creatures great and small, outdoor fanatic, retired real estate professional with decades of experience managing the repair, restoration, and staging of short and long-term rentals seeks opportunities for housesitting!
Why hire an amateur to care for your home, your grounds and your beloved critters when you can hire me? I started out early on an eighty acre farm with seventeen cats, a pet pig, a henhouse full of chickens, three dogs, two work horses, my own prized heifer and twenty head of cattle.
I am currently maintaining a home in Tucson and have stayed in the Olympic Peninsula and other parts of the United States (Central and Southeast United States, the West Coast and the Southwest) for several months at a time. I like to soak up the local color and learn about the history of an area: I love animals and they love me instantly. My partner is a contract engineer and is often stationed near areas where I stay and can provide any "extra muscle" that might be needed when he visits on the weekends.
