We are looking for a house sitter from August 14 through to September 17, 2018, about 5 weeks. We live on a 16 acre vineyard near the regional city of Mildura. The house is a comfortable 4 bedroom home with an ensuite attached to the master bedroom. We would pay for utilities such as electricity, gas etc during your stay and you would also be able to use our Internet (200 g NBN). In exchange we would like you to take care of our black 7 year old Labrador cross called Bella who loves company. Bella is very low maintenance, she enjoys an off lead walk around our block twice a day and behaves well inside the house. We have a a secure backyard to ensure she doesn’t wander. At this time of the year the vines are dormant and there is really nothing you would need to do around the house as the garden has an automatic watering system. The weather in Mildura will be crisp in the morning with some frosts and then a lovely day, temperatures up to 20 and blue skies. We have a wood heater and will leave plenty of wood. There is a local store 3 km away and it is about 12 minutes to drive to Mildura.
We will be travelling overseas and would like this sorted out as soon as possible.
