I live in Kansas City, Missouri.  I have lived in Florida, Colorado, Kansas, and Alaska. I have also lived in Spain and France.  I have excellent references, a recent background check, super squeaky driving record, don't smoke. 

I am now a retired college professor and starting a writing project.  I can provide multiple references from employers and colleagues.

I have been a part-time resident property manager as well as a homeowner. I know how to take good care of your place.

I have had cats in the past, also many dogs (shih-tzu, golden retriever, cocker spaniel, cockapoo, husky). I have also had pet parrots and zebra finches, and tropical fish.  I once had a pet rabbit, also a hamster. I just like animals. I am both loving and resposible in my caretaking.
