My name is George and I have owned and/or looked after cats, dogs, birds, guinea pigs, fish and snails both here and in the US. And next gig includes chickens.
I have just left my cat companion of 11 years, Betty, behind with a dear friend and fellow cat lover to spare her my move back home here and the moving around. I miss her. So, looking to fill this pet gap, plus get to know Sydney again.
Having been a home and pet owner and had pet sitters myself, I know how I want my place and my pet/s looked after and I apply that standard to myself with others' homes and animals. I am a non-smoker, a frugal user of electricity and water, clean and tidy, and a quiet neighbour. I have a Masters degree and have been a teacher for over 30 years, currently working casually.
I am open to stays close to the city of Sydney, or easily accessible to it by public transport. I have a Working With Children Check number and clean Police Check. I can give you contact details for references upon request.
