Rob is a retired building maintenance manager and wife Carol is an employed government professional.

We are an active couple who love to walk, run and ride!  We are available for up to 3 weeks together or up to 2 months for Rob. 

Rob has spent twenty years as a facility manager and and is well versed in HVAC, electrical systems, pool operation, wells and pumps and septic systems.   Rob is also a licenced carpenter and builder.

We would be available  from now  to anytime in the future.   We are not pet owners but have  one grand fur-kid and enjoy keeping Marvin whenever we can.
