Recently, my company sold and instead of diving into another project, I have decided to take time off. My husband took a new position and does not have the ability to take extensive time off and we are empty nesters having lost our sweet labrador retreiver. I have had dogs all my life and volunteer with 2 rescue groups so I have experience with all types of dogs with different needs. Most often, you don't have any history on a foster dog and because I worked from home when not traveling for work, it was a good opportunity for me to spend all my time getting to know and spoil a foster dog. It will just be me traveling and looking to babysit pups I can take on adventures everday. If it would be alright with you, I would anticipate taking your pup(s) everywhere with me. I prefer getting to know parks and the outdoors when I travel versus museums. I am a very consientious person having a second vacation home we rent short term in the mountains of Colorado. I pull the sheets and bag my trash when I stay in a hotel ;-). I see it as what I would do at a friends/guest home as well as helping the maid have a quicker room turn over. I am always moving so I "putter" as my husband calls it to keep my home, office, etc. clean and organized. When it's time to relax, I like to cook dinner and listen to a podcast, watch a movie or read a book with a fur baby snuggling with me. My pet sittng , profile and vacation home links are under references.
