Hello!
My name is Gracie.
And I am a 22 year old hoping to explore more of the world. Since the age of 18, I've done my share of solo travelling, and since arriving back home (to Devon, England) last year, it's fair to say my heart needs a new adventure.
My family/ friends freqently refer to me as an 'old soul' because unlike other's my age: I guess you could say I'm rather 'tame'. I don't drink or smoke. And there's nothing in life I enjoy more that pottering around a new area, illustrating, meeting new people from all walks of life, writing on my blog and just taking life at a slower pace.
I work in a busy restaurant, but have spent the past few months pet/ house sitting in and around my local area.
The reason I'm hoping to house sit; is because I honestly just want to see more of the world (wherever that may be- I'm not remotely fussed).
In the past my travels, have often been whistle stop tours, and whilst I loved every moment of each trip: I really am looking to settle down in a place for a slightly longer period of time, get my bearings and to see where life takes me.
As mentioned, I have spent the past few months house sitting- and so far have cared for homes (and MANY dogs) for 4 families.
I believe myself to be a cheerful, independent and responsible (and incredibly tidy) single person that would be the perfect sitter to mind your house, pets (if need be) and gardens whilst you are away.
