We’re experienced homeowners and love dogs. Cheryl is, unfortunately, allergic to cats. We’re interested in seeing other parts of western Canada & USA.
We both grew up on prairie family farms, Cheryl near Eston, Saskatchewan and Ron near Marwayne, Alberta. We had plenty of opportunities to learn gardening and the care and maintainence of a home and property. We have lived in a variety of places including Prince George, BC, Regina, SK, Chicago suburbs, Weyburn, SK, Olds, AB, Lloydminster, AB, and Calgary where we live currently.
Over the years of our marriage we have had several dogs. Farley, a black havanese, went over the rainbow bridge in late 2021 at the age of 16. During his last two years he suffered from liver disease which we managed with medication. In 2009, our Kassie girl passed at age 15 after 2 years battling kidney damage from prescription dog food (I know, right?). We managed her kidney disease with home cooked food and medications.
