We are in the process of returning to the Bay Area after living in Seattle for 5 years.  We are staying with friends until October 1 when our home in Berkeley will be ready to live in.  We'd like to give our friends a little breathing room and have a little more room ourselves while we wait. 

My husband understands dogs very well and I am the resident cat person. 

We are tidy homebodies in our everyday lives but do love to get outside.  Our 9 year old is well behaved and acustomed to traveling and staying in different places. 

We will be working and homeschooling during the time we are wanting to house sit.
