My Experience

I have owned several homes of different types over 20 years. I was also a landlord for 2 houses and a condo for 10 years. I worked for a home builder and am very familiar with HVAC systems, hot water heaters, roofing, plumbing, electrical, etc. home maintenance. 

I have looked after my parents homes over the years while they are away and checked in on other family members houses while they are on vacation.

I have had several cats one who lived 15 years and another that lived 17 years! My family calls me the cat whisperer and I really enjoy and respect all animals. I love to garden and love the outdoors, hiking, yoga, meditation and breathwork. I am am a quiet person and enjoy a quiet space.

I am very clean, and you will be very pleased coming home to a nice clean house.

I am familiar with quite a variety of indoor and outdoor plants. I currently have 12 indoor plants. :)
