I am an author and personal development coach and teacher and most of my work is conducted on line. In 2023, I sold my charming cottage in the Appalachian mountains of East Tennessee and am now out exploring the world. My beloved Golden Retriever and my cats have been adopted by family and I'm sharing love with other pets and families around the world. 

I am currently in Norway, headed next to the UK, and after that...  Italy? Greece? Spain? Portugal...   I've been to Costa Rica, Peru, Canada, and Ireland, the UK and Austria, and I'm looking forward to whatever new adventures come next! 

I love to hike, explore, and spend time in nature. I love learning about local history, culture, and traditions and researching spiritual practices for my work. I am very interested in immersing myself in communities and getting to know the people and cultures. I’m mature, stable, strong, fit, and comfortable in just about every kind of surrounding.  I am a total animal lover, all animals. :-)

My lab/chow darling Raki died in He had many health issues, including diabetes for the last few years of his life, so I’m experienced and comfortable giving insulin shots and other medications. 

I will look after your babies and your home with great love, respect, and skill.
