We are looking for a responsible, communicative and clean house sitter to care for our dog and look after our house from October 9 through October 31.
Our husky Shanti is affectionate, intelligent and active outside, but calm inside the house. He loves to communicate with "husky talk", and can be quite playful. He loves to take walks and is well behaved on leash. We have an outside enclosure which is secure. If someone could come the evening in advance of our leaving and stay the night, we could show our routines and you could get to know Shanti.
We live in a 2300 sq. ft home at the base of the foothills in beautiful Boulder, CO. We are within walking distance of downtown, all kinds of hiking trails in Boulder Mountain Parks, groceries, coffee shops, and restaurants and pubs.
Boulder is located close to major wilderness areas in the mountains and is less than an hour from Rocky Mountain National Park. It's only 45 minutes from Denver. There are miles of bike paths, hiking trails and walks through historic neighborhoods.
We have had wonderful experiences with sitters from housecarers .
