CARETAKERS, MAINTENANCE, COUPLE - GREENVILLE SC,
We are located in the country near Landrum, less than an hour from both Greenville SC and Asheville NC. We are looking for a responsible competent couple that would live on our property.
We are offering a new one bedroom, self contained apartment as full compensation for this position (2nd floor) with utilities. Non smokers, pet allowed, even space for a horse ! And garden if you want one.
This would be about 40 to 50 hours a Month between a couple, with flexible hours, and lots of time off.
We travel extensively and while we are away we need confidence that our home and rental properties and pets (Cat & Dog) are being well looked after.
We mainly need occasional maintenance on our rental properties (plumbing/electrical/carpentry/painting/trouble shooting would be a great advantage)
Help with jobs around our property including cleaning, yard maintenance, construction projects etc.
We have seven well maintained rental properties with long term leases.
I am glad to say we can go long periods without any call outs.
And can I also say an interest in old car maintenance would put you at the top of my list.
